Terms of Service Storefront: Oluwafimidara on FELAR These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oluwafimidara storefront on the FELAR platform and any purchase of audio tracks, beat packs, custom mixing/production services, or licensing options offered here. 1. Storefront & Agreement Oluwafimidara provides digital instrumental compositions and custom audio production services for commercial and non-commercial licensing. By browsing, purchasing, or downloading content from this storefront, you agree to these Terms as well as FELAR’s platform-wide Terms of Use. 2. Licensing & Purchasing Digital Goods: Purchasing a track or beat pack grants you a limited, non-transferable license as detailed at checkout (e.g., Basic MP3, Premium WAV, or Full Stems/Exclusive License). Custom Services: Production, mixing, or mastering services will be fulfilled based on the turn-around timeframe and specifications set out in your project brief. Usage Limits: Streaming caps, distribution rights, performance limits, and broadcasting rights are dictated by the specific license tier selected at the time of purchase. 3. Delivery Digital downloads (audio files, stems, and license PDFs) are made available automatically upon successful payment processing. Deliverables for custom audio services will be delivered directly through the storefront messaging or designated FELAR delivery channels within the agreed project timeframe. 4. Payment & Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of audio files and custom audio services: All sales are final once digital files have been downloaded or custom work has commenced. If you experience technical issues downloading your files or if a file is corrupted, contact Oluwafimidara immediately for direct replacement. Refunds for custom production services are evaluated case-by-case prior to final delivery. 5. Intellectual Property & Publishing Rights Ownership: Oluwafimidara retains full copyright and master ownership of all underlying beat compositions, sound recordings, and arrangements unless an Exclusive License / Ownership Transfer agreement is explicitly executed in writing. Publishing Splits: Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, standard beat licenses require a 50% Producer / 50% Writer split on performance royalties and proper metadata tagging: Produced by Oluwafimidara. Prohibitions: You may not re-sell, re-license, upload to Content ID systems (e.g., YouTube Content ID) without permission, or distribute the raw instrumental as standalone audio. 6. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Oluwafimidara’s tracks or services for unlawful purposes, trademark infringement, or in breach of third-party copyright laws. 7. Contact & Support For inquiries regarding custom licenses, invoice clearance, or support with your order, please reach out directly via the Oluwafimidara storefront contact option on FELAR or at [1daalovesu@gmail.com].
